About
I write theology with its feet on the floor for everyday faithfulness in real life.
I’m Lauryn Malone — a Christian writer, curriculum developer, worship leader, and everyday mom. I live in Alabama with my husband and our three boys, which means most of my quiet moments are… not quiet at all.
By day, I write for a Christian homeschool curriculum company, building biblically grounded lessons that help families engage Scripture thoughtfully and faithfully. And in the local church, I’ve spent years teaching Bible studies, leading worship, and coordinating events.
Those roles have shaped one steady conviction: worship isn’t confined to music or gatherings. It’s embodied allegiance. Humility. Daily obedience. Choosing truth when emotions are loud, and surrender when you’d rather stay in control.
My writing explores worship as surrender, identity anchored in Christ, and sanctification as a steady, lived process — not a polished performance. A lot of my theology gets tested and refined in ordinary life: kitchens, cars, and conversations that require repentance, patience, and grace.
